A local Barcelona family is seeking a kind and experienced nanny to care for their 1-year-old child in the afternoons. Both parents are busy professionals and are looking for someone reliable, calm, and engaging to support their child’s early development and provide consistent, high-quality care.

This is a long-term, live-out position, ideal for a nanny confident in caring for toddlers and supporting their development through play, routine, and warm interaction.

Role and Responsibilities

• Pick up the child from nursery and return home

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for a 1-year-old

• Prepare and assist with snacks and feeding

• Plan and lead fun and educational activities in English

• Support early development through play and routines

• Keep play and care areas clean and tidy

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience with children aged 1–2

• Gentle, organised, and proactive in approach

• Native in English

• Already based in Barcelona with legal right to work

• Strong references required

• Childcare qualification desirable
