Details of the assignment: 

International Nanny is seeking an experienced Mandarin (MT) and English or Russian-speaking nanny-governess for a local family in Georgia. The ideal candidate will provide early years education and age-appropriate learning activities for two boys aged 2 and 5, supporting their development through engaging and structured play.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement educational activities tailored to the children's developmental stage
• Foster a structured learning environment that encourages early learning and language development
• Engage the child in creative play, storytelling, and interactive activities to promote curiosity and growth
• Occasionally cover nanny duties when the full-time nanny is unavailable
• Work collaboratively within a fully staffed household to ensure seamless care and education
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that supports the children's emotional, social, and cognitive development

Candidate Requirements:

• Native in Mandarin, fluent in English, or Russian 
• A qualification in early years education, with expertise in child development and age-appropriate teaching methods, is desirable
• Previous experience working in fully staffed households or similar high-profile settings
• A warm, engaging, and professional approach with a passion for early childhood education
