Role Summary

Design and deliver a refined, play?led early?years programme aligned to recognised curricula (EYFS/US/CA). Build language, early numeracy and social–emotional skills through storytelling, songs, purposeful play and practical life activities. Keep a consistent daily rhythm that balances learning, rest, movement and outdoor time; curate and rotate materials; and maintain an orderly, calm learning space. Track progress with clear, jargon?free observations; share concise weekly notes with parents; and adapt plans for travel using a well?prepared “portable classroom” kit. Accompany the child on educational outings and nature walks, modelling impeccable manners and safety, and coordinate smoothly with the household team so expectations remain consistent at home and abroad.

Candidate Profile — Essential

• Qualified early?years teacher/governess with strong classroom experience (nursery/preschool/foundation stage) and private?household exposure.

• Native?level English; confident communicator who provides clear parent updates.

• Paediatric First Aid & CPR up to date (or refreshed on hire).

• Organised, discreet and collaborative; able to maintain structure without rigidity.

• Comfortable with frequent international travel and changing environments.
