Risk Awareness: We guide both families and candidates on best practice safety standards in the home and during daily activities.
Vetting and Due Diligence: Our robust screening process — including police clearances or criminal background checks (such as a DBS in the UK, or the local equivalent) and comprehensive reference verification — ensures only professionals with proven integrity and aptitude are considered.
Well-being Focus: We advise on appropriate working conditions, including suitable accommodation for live-in roles, reasonable working hours, and clearly defined duties to prevent burnout and ensure safe, consistent care.
Reporting and Support: We encourage both families and professionals to communicate openly with us regarding any health or safety concerns that may arise during a placement, affirming our continuous support.
