International Nanny is seeking an experienced Mandarin and English-speaking governess for a local family in Kazakhstan. The ideal candidate will provide early years education and age-appropriate learning activities for a 1.5-year-old boy, supporting his development through engaging and structured play.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement educational activities tailored to the child’s developmental stage
• Foster a structured learning environment that encourages early learning and language development
• Engage the child in creative play, storytelling, and interactive activities to promote curiosity and growth
• Occasionally cover nanny duties when the full-time nanny is unavailable
• Work collaboratively within a fully staffed household to ensure seamless care and education
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that supports the child’s emotional, social, and cognitive development

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to teach both languages
• A qualification in early years education, with expertise in child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
• Previous experience working in fully staffed households or similar high-profile settings
• A warm, engaging, and professional approach with a passion for early childhood education
• Flexibility and adaptability to take on occasional nanny duties when required
