Role & Responsibilities:

During their assigned weeks, the rota nannies will provide full-time care, managing all aspects of the child’s daily routines, feeding, and developmental play. Responsibilities include coordinating travel logistics, handovers, and packing to maintain consistency; delivering screen-free, imaginative activities using natural materials; modelling healthy habits, manners, and values; and working closely with the co-rota to ensure balanced workloads and smooth transitions. Maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and adaptability is essential.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in rota roles or within formal, international, fully staffed households.

• Fluent in English; additional specified language skills essential.

• Active, organised, and creative, with interests such as sports, crafts, or music.

• Emotionally resilient, cooperative, and skilled in shared care dynamics.
