An international family is looking for a temporary nanny to join them in Ibiza over the Christmas holidays. The booking is within a fully staffed household and can be offered on a live-in or live-out basis.

Schedule: Full-time during the booking, exact hours to be confirmed
Children: Two children, aged 3.5 years and 1.5 years
Accommodation: Live-in accommodation is available for the duration of the booking, or the role may suit a local live-out nanny. This will be confirmed with the family
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Role overview

This is a hands-on, temporary role supporting the family during their stay in Ibiza. The successful candidate will be confident caring for both a toddler and a baby, and comfortable working as part of a team in a staffed household.
The family is looking for someone warm, discreet, energetic, and professional, with excellent judgment and a calm, capable approach.

Duties and responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care for both children, supporting routines, rest, and age-appropriate structure
• Planning and supervising suitable activities, play, and outings during the holiday period
• Supporting day-to-day care, including feeding and hygiene routines appropriate to each age
• Working closely with the parents and existing staff, communicating clearly and respectfully
• Keeping the children’s spaces and belongings organised during the stay
• Adapting to a holiday schedule and changing plans when needed

Candidate requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience, ideally within fully staffed and international households
• Confident with both toddler and baby care, including strong routine management
• Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and able to read the room in a busy household
• Reliable, energetic, and comfortable with flexibility during travel periods
• Up-to-date police check, and paediatric first aid is strongly preferred
• EU passport or the right to work in Spain
• A driving licence is desirable
