Family Overview

A warm, local family based in Monaco is seeking an experienced and professional Rota Nanny to care for their three children: nine-year-old twins and a little girl who will turn three in December. While the older children attend school full-time and the youngest attends nursery in the mornings, the nanny will primarily focus on the toddler, also providing support to the twins in the afternoons, particularly with homework and routines.

Role Responsibilities

The nanny will take full responsibility for the children’s daily care and routines. This includes:

• Providing attentive care and engaging, age-appropriate activities for the youngest child.

• Supporting the twins with their homework and after-school schedules.

• Maintaining healthy habits, positive behaviour, and good manners.

• Ensuring consistency with routines at home and while travelling.

• Managing school runs, after-school activities, and playdates.

• Overseeing the children’s wardrobes and preparing for travel.

• Running small errands related to the children.

• Collaborating closely with the parents and household staff to ensure a smooth and harmonious family environment.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience working in high-profile households and with children of similar ages.

• Native-level English proficiency is requested, and a conversational level of French is desirable.

• Hold a valid driving licence.

• Be an EU passport holder (desirable).

• Demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and discretion at all times.

• Be confident, energetic, and proactive in managing the needs of three busy children.

• Bring a warm, professional, and organised approach to childcare.

• Be a good team player who can work effectively alongside other staff and rota nannies.
