Family Overview
We are assisting a long-standing client in Barcelona in finding a dedicated and responsible nanny to replace their current nanny of three years. The family has three children (boys aged 3, 8, and 10) and is looking for a native English-speaking nanny to provide reliable after-school care. This is a valued family relationship, and they seek someone trustworthy and consistent to continue offering stability for their children.
Role and Responsibilities

Collect the children from school and accompany them home.

Oversee the children’s evening routine with care and consistency.

Encourage good manners and hygiene throughout the afternoon and evening.

Supervise shower time and ensure the children are ready for bed.

Assist with homework and encourage positive study habits.

Support the children’s English language development through daily communication.
Candidate Requirements

Native (mother tongue) English speaker (mandatory).

Based in or very close to Barcelona, with the legal right to work in Spain.

Proven childcare experience, ideally with school-aged children.

Reliable, organised, and confident in managing three children of different ages.

Strong references demonstrating long-term commitment in previous roles.

Childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
