International Nanny is delighted to present a highly specialised and meaningful opportunity for an experienced maternity nanny to join a warm and welcoming family in Casablanca. This is a live-in rota position caring for a toddler (1.5 years old) and, from mid-October, supporting the family during the arrival of a newborn.

The successful candidate will join the household before the baby is born and play a leading role in creating a calm, nurturing, and well-organised environment for both children. The family is seeking a professional with strong maternity experience who can offer expert newborn care while continuing to support the toddler’s routine and developmental progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide structured, engaging, and sensitive care for a 1.5-year-old boy

  • Deliver full maternity care for the newborn, including supporting the mother in the early postpartum period

  • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities: sensory play, music, storytelling, crafts, and outdoor exploration

  • Maintain consistent routines for both children, ensuring individual attention and emotional security

  • Prepare nutritious meals for the toddler

  • Manage all nursery-related duties, including play area organisation, wardrobe care, and daily routines

  • Travel with the family when needed, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining routine continuity

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience caring for both newborns and toddlers in high-profile or fully staffed households

  • Strong maternity nurse background with a deep understanding of infant care and postpartum recovery

  • Fluency in English, French, or Spanish

  • Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification

  • Confident swimmer and capable of supervising children around water

  • Professional, discreet, and respectful of the family’s lifestyle and routines

  • Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented; able to work seamlessly with household staff

Schedule and Accommodation

  • Rota schedule: Two weeks on, two weeks off

  • Live-in accommodation provided during working weeks

  • Official start date: 10 August

  • Rota begins in September and continues for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
