TEMPORARY,  LIVE-IN, FULL-TIME, ENGLISH-SPEAKING NANNY IN RURAL BELGIUM

Details of the assignment:

                       A wonderful family of 4 is seeking an English-speaking nanny to help look after their two gilrs, aged 6 and 4, this coming July. The final work schedule has not yet been finalised, but the nanny will work 5 to 6 days a week, covering full-time hours of approximately 8 hours a day. The role is live-in, and the nanny will be provided with a separate private bedroom as accommodation. The nanny will be responsible for all childcare duties such as getting the kids ready for the day, preparing their snacks and meals, organising their rooms and wardrobe, planning activities, and doing their laundry.

                      The family resides in a beautiful rural area, surrounded by nature and they spend a significant amount of time with their horses. They seek a nanny who is not only comfortable with this slower-paced lifestyle but also appreciates and enjoys it. Ideally, the nanny should have firsthand experience with horses, and/or skilled in riding them, as the kids are avid horse riders and spend a lot of time outdoors.  The perfect nanny will embrace rural living, finding joy in the peacefullness and outdoor activities that come with it. The nanny must also be open to cooking and preparing meals for the whole family. It is also essential for the nanny to be a confident swimmer and have experience swimming with kids. 

                     The kids are very self-sufficient, and the parents enjoy giving them freedom and independence. They are looking for a nanny who shares these practices and is well-versed in alternative approaches and education. The ideal candidate for this role is active and fit, able to keep up with the girls' outdoor activities. Additionally, the family wants a nanny who is youthful, smart, creative, fun, and capable of organising activities for the girls during the summer. The family speaks French at home, and the girls are just starting to learn English, so they are looking for someone proficient in English who can help the kids with their language acquisition.

                     The ideal candidate is experienced with similar age groups, passionate about childcare, and skilled in providing fun-filled activities and enrichment programmes as the parents' goal is to find a nanny who can offer a joyful month of freedom and fun for the girls. The perfect nanny must be decisive, quick-thinking, and able to work without supervision. They are looking for someone who can not only keep the children company but also provide guidance and ensure their safety.
