Details of the assignment:

                  A local family based in Munich, Germany, is seeking an experienced Household Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in their home. Given the parents' extremely busy schedules, they are looking for  someone who is capable, reliable, and highly organised.

                 The household manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of household operations, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the house staff. Since the household is fully staffed, it is essential that the candidate is a team player and able to work collaboratively with other staff members. Additionally, the household manager will be in charge of coordinating childcare arrangements, managing family calendars and schedules, and overseeing household errands and shopping. They will also assist in managing household budgets, planning and coordinating family events, and ensuring home maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.

                The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a household manager or in a similar role in a busy and fast-paced work environment. The role requires strong organisational and multitasking skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The family highly values an individual who is flexible and adaptable to meet the changing everyday needs of the family.

               A private accommodation within the residence will be provided for the candidate. This role is perfect for someone with years of solid experience as a household manager and looking for a new and dedicated family to work with long-term.
