               A wonderful family in Wisconsin, USA, is urgently seeking an English-speaking nanny-governess to assist with their children aged 4 and 2, with the possibility of their 12-year-old joining later on. The nanny will work full-time Monday to Friday, covering 40 hours a week, with the family providing a private bedroom and bathroom for accommodation.

               Since the family resides in a large farm and, hence, in a rural area, they prefer someone accustomed to and comfortable with a similar lifestyle. They spend a lot of time outdoors and around animals like horses, therefore they value a nanny who appreciates and enjoys such activities. The nanny-governess will handle all childcare duties, including preparing the children for the day, meal and snack preparation, organising their rooms and wardrobes, and doing their laundry. As the children are homeschooled, the family seeks a nanny ideally capable of assisting with homeschooling. Although not mandatory, a candidate with a teaching background and/or qualification will be preferred. In terms of parenting, Mum and Dad adopt an easy-going and gentle approach, emphasising independence balanced with guidance and healthy boundaries. Consequently, they are seeking a nanny governess who practices a similar approach. 

               The ideal candidate is experienced, resourceful, reliable, and trustworthy, capable of working independently, quick-thinking, and proactive when necessary.
