ENGLISH-SPEAKING MATERNITY NURSE IN DUBAI WITH EXTENSIVE TRAVELLING (POTENTIAL EXTENSION TO A ROTA)

      An international family is in search of an experienced English-speaking maternity nurse to provide care for their newborn expected at the end of April 2024. During this period, the family will be in Romania for travel, and the baby will be born there. The primary location for this role is Romania, where the family will reside, covering a 24/6 work week for the first year. As the baby grows, there is potential for the role to transition into a rota position with 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off, with specific details to be discussed during a meeting with the family.

     Both parents work; Dad, as an entrepreneur, may have busy and lengthy working days, while Mum, who is flexible with her schedule, may take time off to be with the baby. Mum is easy-going, and hands-on, and seeks a maternity nurse to work as a team and provide additional support. The family places great emphasis on gentle parenting, valuing acknowledgement and understanding of children's emotions and teaching the importance of consent. They highly value a maternity nurse who shares a similar childcare philosophy and can create and consistently maintain a structured routine for the baby as it grows.

      The family enjoys spending time outdoors and participating in sports, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through nutritious eating and exercise. It would be a bonus if the maternity nurse shares these principles. Although the family primarily resides in Dubai, they extensively travel throughout the year, including the US, Asia, and Europe. The maternity nurse should be accustomed to travelling with a family and ready for an on-the-go lifestyle.

Requirements

• Previous working experience as a (live-in) maternity nurse
• Relevant experience working with babies and newborns
• Willingness to relocate
• Travel ready
• Experienced with sleep coaching (Desirable)
