                 An international family based in Castelldefels, Spain, is actively seeking a nanny-mother's help to help care for their 4-year-old and another baby expected this February. They are looking for a nanny who is native in Spanish and also fluent in English. The nanny will work five days a week: three weekdays and two weekends, covering full-time hours. The family prefers a live-out arrangement, with reliable transportation for daily commuting.

                 The family is easygoing, friendly, and open-minded. Both parents work, with the dad often travelling while the mum primarily works from home. Despite being hands-on parents, the family seeks someone who can serve as an excellent childcare partner to Mum, providing additional support, especially when Dad is travelling and not around. As a mother's help, they expect someone who can ease the mother's daily life, whether it's tidying up the nursery, assisting with dinner, or running errands. While the family has a housekeeper for cleaning tasks, they are seeking a nanny who can help keep the house organised and tidy, and is willing to provide additional assistance as needed. 

                  The family places a big importance on routine, so they need a nanny capable of implementing and maintaining a consistent everyday routine for the kids.
