                 An international family based in Castelldefels, Spain, is actively seeking a nanny-mother's help to help care for their 4-year-old and another baby born last February. They are looking for a nanny who is native in Spanish or English. The nanny will work five days a week: three weekdays and the weekends, covering full-time hours. The family prefers a live-out arrangement with reliable transportation for daily commuting and, ideally, a driver.

                 The family is easygoing, friendly, and open-minded. Both parents work, with the dad often travelling while the mum primarily works from home. Despite being hands-on parents, the family seeks someone who can serve as an excellent childcare partner to Mum, providing additional support, especially when Dad is travelling and not around. As a mother's help, they expect someone who can ease the mother's daily life, whether tidying up the nursery, assisting with dinner, or running errands. While the family has a housekeeper for cleaning tasks, they are seeking a nanny who can help keep the house organised and tidy, is willing to provide additional assistance as needed, and takes care of the laundry. 

                  The family places significant importance on routine, so they need a nanny capable of implementing and maintaining a consistent everyday routine for the kids.
