RUSSIAN-SPEAKING ROTA NANNY IN DUBAI ( plus travelling)

              An active and easy-going Russian family of 6 is seeking a caring, experienced, and professional Russian-speaking (MT) Rota nanny to join and help them look after their 4 kids, ages ranging from 1 to 11. There will be 4 Rota nannies working in total, with two nannies working each rotation shift. The work schedule has not been determined yet and will be further discussed with the family and the co-rotas. The family is looking for a nanny with a childcare qualification, who is a native Russian speaker and also fluent in English. 

              The family is active, health conscious and loves sports, so they would prefer a nanny who leads the same lifestyle. Although they are currently based in Dubai, there is extensive travelling involved and, thus, the nanny should be travel ready and experienced in accompanying families with kids. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has an education in childcare and has previous experience working in similar households. The household is fully staffed, however, the family expects the nanny to assume all the duties relating to the kids. As there will be two nannies during the rotation, they are looking for someone who is flexible and great  working as a part of a team. 

              The perfect candidate for this role is someone reliable, confident, and someone who knows how to take initiative and is able to stay on top of all the responsibilities relating to childcare. The family is looking for an educated and respectful nanny who can impart good manners and values to the kids, set boundaries, and implement an everyday routine. This role is perfect for a career nanny who is looking for a long-term Rota position.
