               A busy and caring HNWI family from Kazakhstan is seeking a Rota nanny to join their team and look after their new baby who was born last year, in December 2022. However, please note that the Rota position has not yet been finalised and will be further discussed with the family. This position involves quite a bit of travel with the family between Spain, Switzerland, and Dubai, and the duties include everything related to the baby. They are looking for someone who has previous experience working as a nanny and has also worked with infants. It is important that the Nanny can speak Russian, at least at a conversational level as Mum only speaks Russian.  Besides, fluency in English is required as the staff speak English.

              The family is very formal and the household is fully staffed so they are seeking a nanny with extensive experience working in a similar family dynamic. The family is looking for someone who has childcare qualifications, and any educational background relating to childcare would be a plus. Although not mandatory, they would very much value someone who has other skills to bring to the table such as playing a musical instrument, learning a new language, painting, crafting, theatre, and so forth. The family would often travel and so the nanny should be travel ready. Although the nanny will be sole-charge of the baby, the Mum and the Grandmother will often be in and out helping as well, so the nanny should be used to working alongside them and must understand when to step out and give time as a family. Generally, they are looking for someone who is wonderful at working as a part of a team. The family can provide a separate accommodation located nearby their residence. 

             As the family follows a traditional upbringing, they are looking for an excellent nanny to focus on imparting good manners and behaviour to the kid, creating healthy boundaries, and firmly setting an everyday routine. The ideal candidate for this role is a professional and career nanny who is vocational, confident, independent, and someone who takes initiative.  This role is perfect for a nanny looking for a rota position in a formal HNWI household.
