Position Summary

A private family in Monaco is seeking a highly experienced maternity nanny to care for their baby from approximately three to six months of age.

After the baby’s initial newborn care period, the focus will shift to early development while maintaining consistent feeding, sleep, and care routines.

The maternity nanny should have excellent practical experience with babies of this age and a strong understanding of early motor, sensory and physical development. She will observe the baby’s progress closely and introduce thoughtful, age-appropriate activities without overstimulation.

Family Requirements

The family places particular importance on the baby’s health and wishes to maintain a clean, safe and protected environment.

The maternity nanny must demonstrate excellent personal hygiene, responsible health awareness and a careful approach to infection prevention. She should also be comfortable following any continuing restrictions on unnecessary external contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing warm, attentive and developmentally appropriate care for the baby

• Establishing a consistent daily rhythm suited to the baby’s individual needs

• Supporting age-appropriate feeding and sleep routines

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive professional experience caring for babies between three and six months of age

• Proven experience supporting early development during the first year of life

• Strong knowledge of early motor, sensory and physical development

• A relevant childcare, early-years, baby-development or healthcare qualification

• Practical knowledge of age-appropriate developmental activities

• A sound understanding of feeding, sleep and daily routines for babies of this age

• Russian-speaking candidates are preferred; otherwise, complete fluency in English is essential

• Excellent observational skills and the ability to adapt care to the individual baby

• Up-to-date Infant First Aid and Paediatric CPR certification

• Excellent, fully verifiable professional references

• Exceptional personal hygiene and health awareness

• Discretion, flexibility and a calm, responsible approach

Additional Information
