WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Our network includes professionals with sound judgement, warmth, and the ability to adapt to busy, high-profile homes. We look for at least three years’ full-time private household experience—especially rota.

Have at least 3 years’ full-time experience working as a nanny in private households, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in diverse settings, including rota arrangements.
Hold a childcare-related qualification.
Demonstrate maturity, confidence, and a natural ability
to adapt seamlessly to refined environments.
Ideally, possess an up-to-date First Aid certificate.
Provide at least two contactable references.
