A lovely family travelling to Paris is seeking an experienced, warm and highly capable holiday nanny to support them during their stay from the 24th to the 31st July 2026.

The family will be staying in an apartment in Paris and is open to either a live-in or live-out arrangement. A candidate who already knows Paris well or is confident navigating the city with a young child would be particularly well suited to the role.

The nanny will care for a 16-month-old boy and is expected to provide attentive, age-appropriate care throughout the holiday. The role will include supporting his daily routine, preparing simple meals and snacks, organising naps, accompanying the family on outings, and ensuring he is happy, safe and well cared for at all times.

The family is looking for someone calm, reliable and flexible, with a naturally nurturing approach and solid experience with toddlers. The ideal candidate will be confident working in a holiday environment, able to adapt to changing plans, and comfortable supporting the family discreetly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sole and shared care for a 16-month-old boy.

• Support his daily routine, including meals, naps, playtime and outings.

• Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for the child.

• Organise age-appropriate activities during the family’s stay in Paris.

• Accompany the family on walks, outings, restaurants and cultural visits as required.

• Keep the child’s belongings, play area and feeding items tidy and organised.

• Work flexibly around the family’s holiday plans.

• Ensure the child’s safety, comfort and wellbeing at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience caring for babies and toddlers.

• Previous holiday nanny or temporary travel nanny experience preferred.

• Confident, calm and adaptable.

• Warm, engaging and professional.

• Knowledge of Paris would be a strong advantage.

• Comfortable working in an apartment setting.

• Flexible regarding working hours during the holiday period.

• Able to work live-in or live-out, depending on the final arrangement.

• Excellent references.
