Family Overview

A friendly, young professional family based in Casablanca, and valued repeat clients, is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Rota Nanny to care for their daughter, who will be two years old in December and is now attending nursery. The nanny will focus on the child’s daily care and development, ensuring her needs are met during these early years, while also supporting the family during frequent travel.

Role Responsibilities

The nanny will take responsibility for the child’s overall well-being, daily routines, and development. This includes planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities, educational projects, and experiences that encourage learning and growth, while also complementing her early nursery attendance. Daily duties will involve bathing, dressing, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining the play areas and bedroom in an orderly manner. The nanny will provide guidance during key developmental milestones and adapt to the child’s evolving needs. 

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have substantial experience working as a nanny, particularly with toddlers.
• Hold recognised formal childcare qualifications.
• Possess valid first aid certifications.
• Be fluent in English, Spanish and/or French (MT).
• Be travel-ready and experienced in travelling with families.
• Be a strong swimmer.
• Have experience working in fully staffed households and with HNWI families.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the child’s needs.
• Bring a kind, nurturing, and very loving approach to childcare, with a professional and understanding nature.
