Experienced and professional Rota Nanny, Limassol, Cyprus (plus travelling)

Details of the Assignment: 

A busy, international family are looking for two rota nannies to help with the care and development of their little kids G 2.7 and B 1.5 and work alongside another nanny. The family wants two nannies with the children at all times. Therefore the nannies will rotate every 2-3 weeks and work in pairs.

Both parents are busy professionals and work long hours, mostly from home but mum enjoys spending time with the children and the nannies. So, she tries to schedule her work to get as much time with the kids as possible. As this is a fully staffed household, the nanny will be expected to take care of all the nursery and nanny duties, as well as create age-appropriate experiences for the children through the provision of activities, outings and games. The family spends time in Switzerland in winter and on their yacht in Greece during the summer. This ideal nanny should be experienced in travelling with families and be a confident swimmer. Besides, the ideal candidate is fluent in English and, ideally, has a driving license and a first aid certificate. 

Mum is very interested in gentle parenting and is involved in the kids' education. The ideal candidate should have an interest in alternative methodologies and gentle approaches.  They would like a nanny who is responsible, nurturing, caring, kind, creative, professional and dedicated. This family would prefer a nanny who has worked in teams and is travel ready.

Requirements of the ideal candidate:

• EU passport-holder
• Confident swimmer
