Live-in, Spanish-speaking Nanny in Antwerp, Belgium

Position: Nanny-housekeeper and Spanish tutor

Location: Antwerp Belgium

Situation: Live-in

Work:  Full-time, 5-6 days a week.

Term: 11 months

Start Date: 29th August

Salary: 2000 euros pcm

Details of the Assignment: 

A lovely, welcoming, international family based in Antwerp, Belgium is looking for a confident and caring nanny to help with looking after their B8 and G5.5. The family speak English, Italian, Polish and Flemish but they specifically need a Spanish speaker who can help Mum to learn and improve in Spanish.

The Nanny will be working 5-6 days a week, with Sundays consistently off. The children both attend school and afterschool sports, so the nanny will primarily deal with the children in the mornings and evenings. During the school day, the nanny will be doing some housekeeping duties, teaching mum Spanish and preparing simple meals for herself and the children. The nanny will be given breaks during the day and the family will provide accommodation in a private room or a guest house, health insurance and all meals.

The ideal nanny will have previous experience working with children and housekeeping. Although driving is not required, being a confident, safe driver would be advantageous. This family's ideal nanny is someone who wants to become a part of family life and a nurturing, maternal figure to the children. The family are looking for someone with a love and passion for raising children who will find the role enjoyable and rewarding.
