Details of the assignment:

A friendly, young international family living in Barcelona is looking for an English and Spanish-speaking nanny to help look after their 2-year-old daughter 5 days a week. They need a nanny who is confident, organised and adaptable to take care of their daughter’s everyday needs like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. The nanny will also be responsible for keeping the bedroom and playroom tidy and organised.

This family are looking for a nanny who is kind, caring and fun who will enjoy playing and interacting with their little girl as well as supporting her development through age-appropriate learning activities and maintaining a good routine. Childcare qualifications, particularly in Montessori education, are desirable and the family would prefer a nanny who has previously worked in a similar role. This is the ideal role for a nanny who loves dogs and travel; the family really enjoy travelling and is looking to take their nanny with them.

Requirements of the ideal candidate:

• Relevant childcare qualifications (preferably Montessori)  and at least 2-3 years working in a similar position
• 2-3 contactable references
• First Aid 
• Spanish and English speaker
• Availability to travel
