Situation: Live-out ( there is a separate apartment for the nanny)

Work: Full time- night shifts ( 22:30-6:30)

Term: short term (3 months) 

Start Date: ASAP

Details of the assignment: 

A British/ Norwegian family based between Switzerland and UK, who also travel regularly,  are looking for an experienced nanny to help with their 3 year old son go back to a sleep routine.  They also have a 2 year old son who is sleeping well at the moment. 

The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and has experience in night routines and sleeping with children. Mum and dad are both working full-time and are struggling with the broken nights. 

The role will be to support the 3 month old to develop an appropriate sleep pattern, allowing the child and parents to rest. After potty training he is waking upo in the middle of the night.   So it is a important to develop an appropriate sleep routine.

Both children attend nursery, and  your focus will be to be on call at night for the older child. 

The candidate must  be passionate and supportive of the family and  have the knowledge to help with the routines. The family would prefer someone with a driving license, dedicated, loving, interested in healthy living, sports and, if possible, music

The contract is short term for 3 months ( can be extended)  working 5 or 6 days ( negotiable) 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

• Relevant childcare qualifications and at least 2-3 years working in a similar position
• 2-3 contactable references
• Sleep training experience  
• English 
• EU passport holder
• Salary Estimate : Competitive
