Details of the assignment: 

A busy and local family from Turin (Italy) is looking for a Temporary Italian and English speaking, summer nanny from June until September. Mum stays home and is expecting a baby in August, whereas dad works long house in his dental practice.  The family has two girls (3 and 4 years old) and they are looking for someone who can help with the girls over the summer. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of this age group .Besides, the ideal candidate must be happy to go on holiday, in Italy, with the family. The position is for 6 days per week and for 12 hours per day (day off during the week). The nanny will primarily be looking after the older girls and must be a confident swimmer so that she can feel happy being with the girls in the pool and on the beach. The girls enjoy arts and crafts as well as imaginative play.

When in Turin the nanny will have her own room, shower room and kitchen on a separate floor from the rest of the family and, when travelling the nanny will be required to share a room with the girls in the hotel. Start June 16th- mid September.

This is a summer related temporary position, and it is important that you make sure the children have fun and are busy with a variety of activities.

The ideal candidate is experienced and energetic, someone with initiative, active, caring, flexible and able to schedule an active day and implement boundaries when needed

Requirements for the ideal candidate:

·       Confident driver 

·       English and Italian

·       EU passport holder

·       2-3 years’ experience as a full-time nanny

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

Previous 4 years + experience as a  nanny

Pediatric first aid certification 

2-3 contactable references

Italian and English speaker

This is a short- term contract.
